conjure War/Ele vs. War/Necro or W/Mo
I just created a Warrior, and i am debating as to which secondary profession i should make (im rather new the game). I don't really want to go the cliched w/mo, but was interested in w/n and war/ele.
I know what the strong/weak points of each class combo is, but in all practicality, can a conjure <element> war/ele be more effective than the other popular, "cookie cutter" builds (aka. Paladin) or a W/N assuming each has a good build?
I know that in GW, any build can be effective, but some are much more useful than others, especially in pvp
Thanks for your help. (sorry in advance if I'm not clear enough)

well... it sounds more like a
conjur [elements] vs judge's insight vs weaken armor
conjur element = cheapest, and quite effective against 60 armor opponents... the more hit you do at once the better. Example, hundred blade + high level conjur beat out both weaken armor and judge's insight... but both judge's insight and weaken armor beat conjur in using final thrust.
Judge's insight = the most expensive of them all, not as effective as weaken armor... but the time you can use with it are much more often (assuming you got the energy). You can switch target all over the place and judge's insight would go with you.
Weaken armor = most damaging of them all, but as implied from before... you can't switch target once you set it (to get the same dmg that is), and chance of hex removal are higher than someone removing your enchantment.
When you have big number, adding % is more effective.
When you have small number, adding +dmg is more effective.

Well as for the W/Mo.. it's really nice in PvE .. but I really dislike it in PvP..
I like a W/R, W/N or W/E a lot better in PvP
(haven't played W/Me yet)
War/Ele is pure for more damage.. especially with hammer, in PvP W/Ele KD/AS (knockdown Aftershock) is asked for a lot.
Aftershock deals extra damage to a knocked down target.. and with some hammer skills you can knockdown all the people around you. it goes well with smite builds.. or any build really.
The W/N would be more disrupting.. and it would have an edge over the other 2, since it has enchantment removal.. and especially vs W/Mo's.. enchantment removal means almost direct kill to a lot of the nooblet W/Mo's out there who use mending in PvP, And you'll have curses of course.
W/R can be used for IWAY I guess.. but you could also use it with a combo of apply poison + cyclone axe.. if you do it right it's pretty nice or just Tiger's fury and IWAY (even with a pet can it be nice) for the lovely attack speed increase of 66%
But from what I can tell you're leaning most towards the W/N.. I really like that combo I'd say go for it, you won't regret it.

war/nec is war with plague touch and maybe rend enchantments.... it usually takes 5 or 6 warrior skill slots to get good DPS from a warrior, so your usage of secondary class is very limited. Plague touch is a very good use, so is using shock/conjure lightning with /ele.

If you wanted nearly guarunteed method of tearing down absolutely everything your enemy has to defend with, then you WANT the w/n...
W/Mo... He uses enchantments to buff himself and he has the ever useful 5e. smite hex, problem? If the foe is using enchants, he's out of luck...
W/E... Should the conjure be removed, a large chunk of damage dealing power will be gone for 60s. if he's fighting foes using hexes/conditions, w/e is VERY monk dependant...
W/N... Ah, my Godsend of a warrior. Conditions fly the most than any other hindrance that I'm aware of in both pve and pvp, the answer? Plague Touch. One fellow W/N put it best, "Plague Touch is sex..." Enemy using stances? use our unavoidable weapon skills. Hiding behind enchantments? Rend them asunder... High armor getting you down? The raw degen that is Virulence {E} can put a cramp in your enemy's style... Too many tools for the Swiss Army knife that is a W/N for anyone to pass up who wants versatility...

Alone? --> W/Mo with JI and Frenzy, it's nice spiking.
Tag Team with another W? -->W/N, the other with Weaken Armor and the other with Rigor Mortis, great spike.
